The MCC Foundation was delighted to play host to the four finalists of its nationwide Hub competition at Lord's.

U15 Girls from the Foundation’s Cotswold and Bradford Hubs made history when they went head-to-head on the Main Ground – the first time ever that an U18 Girls XI had played hard-ball cricket on the main square – followed by the U15 Boys from Slough & Manchester.

Bradford took an impressive victory in the girls’ final, whilst the Manchester boys snatched a breath-taking victory on the final ball of the day.

Next year the MCC Foundation will expand the programme to 70 Hubs across the UK, ensuring cricket continues to be a game for all.
